Services

Therapy isn't just good for you—it benefits everyone around you, too.

We work together to understand not just your symptoms, but the deeper patterns beneath them. Then we tailor therapy to your unique needs and goals.

The work you do here doesn't just change you—it creates ripples that reach your children, your relationships, and your family's future. When you learn how to show up differently, you're not just breaking cycles for yourself; you're modeling a new way of being for the next generation.

What We Focus On

The stuff that keeps you up at night (literally or figuratively):

  • Perinatal mental health (pregnancy, postpartum, infertility, loss)

  • Relationship challenges (because partnership is hard work)

  • Parenting (the part no one really prepares you for)

  • Anxiety & OCD (the uninvited guests in your brain)

  • Depression (when nothing feels like it used to)

  • Cycle-breaking (doing things differently than how you grew up)

  • Career counseling (figuring out who you are professionally)

  • Family conflict (the dynamics that push your buttons)

  • Grief and loss (all kinds, big and small)

  • Identity concerns (who am I now?)

  • Life transitions (when everything feels upside down)

  • Trauma & PTSD (healing from what happened)

How We Work

I use an integrative approach, meaning I pull from different therapy toolboxes depending on what fits you best:

Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) • Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) • Family Systems Therapy • Attachment-Based Therapy • Feminist Therapy • Mindfulness-Based Therapy • Person-Centered Therapy • Narrative Therapy • Strengths-Based Therapy • Solution-Focused Therapy • Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) • Written Exposure Therapy • Psychodynamic Therapy

Translation: We use what works.

Kind Words

  • “Talking with Gina has been so helpful. She really listens to understand where you are coming from and what you are feeling. She offers useful, realistic, and practical strategies to help address different concerns. After speaking with Gina, I feel like I have a clearer sense of how to manage my own emotions and the confidence to navigate through different transitions in my life.”

  • “Postpartum hit me hard and I was blessed to have been introduced to Gina to help me get through it. She was very helpful with getting me back on track. She offered podcasts, links, books, and tools to use between sessions, which I appreciated. I have learned so much more about myself through the therapy sessions and have a better understanding of what I can do when I encounter obstacles.”

  • “When I first met with Gina, I was pregnant with a 3-year-old and adult child at home. I was feeling so disconnected to my pregnancy. Such a disconnect that I didn’t feel any emotions during ultrasounds or baby kicks. This led me to believe I was a “bad mom”, and something was clearly wrong with me. Gina made me feel that I wasn’t alone and was not a “bad mom.” As sessions continued through birth and during postpartum, Gina helped me manage things like parenting shifts, mom rage, and resentment built towards my spouse. Words can’t express how much I recommend Gina. We have laughed and cried together, my therapist, my sounding board, she will make you feel heard and safe. She is very knowledgeable and just simply the best!”

  • “Working with Gina has been a game-changer for me, especially as I've navigated the challenges of early motherhood. Her compassionate and non-judgmental approach has created a safe space for me to share my thoughts and feelings, and I've felt truly heard and understood. Gina's guidance and support have been invaluable in helping me manage social anxiety and build confidence in my parenting journey. I'm grateful for her expertise and care, and I highly recommend her to anyone seeking a supportive and empathetic therapist.”

  • “I think finding a therapist that’s the right fit can be challenging. Based on my personality, I knew that I needed someone that was goal-oriented and would offer not only accountability, but effective tools. After just the first session with Gina, it felt like I beat the odds. Working with her was unlike any other. I was going through the postpartum blues & an identity crisis. Staying home after working pretty much all my life was very new to me. Gina helped me adjust, reflect, and manage my emotions while strengthening my mental state.

Gina’s expertise in maternity/postpartum + the quality of service was evident from day one. I believe she exemplifies many strong skills such as communication/language (choice of words), feedback, empathy, and professionalism—I can’t say enough great things about her.”
