Yes! I currently accept Aetna, Cigna/Evernorth, Optum, and UnitedHealthcare. For other plans, I can provide you with a superbill for potential out-of-network reimbursement.
Here's the thing about private pay: Cash-paying clients get the most privacy since insurance companies don't need to know your diagnosis or treatment details. It's something to consider if privacy is important to you.

Absolutely.
Look, I get it—you're stretched thin right now. Babies are always welcome during our sessions. Need to feed your baby? Do it. Need to bounce, shush, or change a diaper? We'll work around it.
Some parents schedule sessions during naps or when a partner can take over for 50 minutes. But honestly, if your baby needs to be there, they're welcome. Therapy is an investment in your well-being and your family's future. You are worth the support.

That's a personal decision we can explore together. Medication isn't mandatory for treatment, and I work with clients who choose to take it and those who don't. My role is to support you, provide insights into your symptoms, and help you make an informed decision that feels right for you.
Therapy itself can be transformative, whether or not medication is part of your journey.

Our first session is about getting to know you—what's bringing you in, what's felt hard lately, and what kind of support you're hoping for. I'll ask questions about your history, current concerns, and goals for therapy.

Not exactly. I'm also not here to "fix" you (because you're not broken). Instead, we'll explore and get curious about what you'd like to shift and how to do it. Think of it as detective work for your inner world that creates real, measurable change in your brain. Neuroscience shows us that therapy actually builds new neural pathways, giving you the ability to respond rather than react—to choose your response instead of being hijacked by old patterns.

There's no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people feel better after a few months, others work with me for longer. We'll check in regularly about your progress and what feels right for you.
